This is a very informative article with loads of stimulating thoughts. The hospital at which I work here in the Middle East is undergoing JCI re-accreditation this year. There are lots of things to trim by the stakeholders. There are still items that are untouched, overlooked and still big question marks without an internal walkthrough coordinated by a qualified quality practitioner. This is true what a doctor, senior vice president and ASQ member said: "I think what this has done is determine why we need to walk the talk."
