ASQ and Tier 1 Partner to Develop Six Sigma Certification Preparation Courses

February 22, 2006 — ASQ and Tier 1—provider of products and services for Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Learning Solutions, Covington, KY—have announced a partnership that will provide valuable certification preparation materials for students of the Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt e-learning courses.

Built from Tier 1’s Performance1 learning platform software, the ASQ e-courses will benefit for this innovative process. And so will students. Performance1 enables students to not only participate in online training, but also provides a suite of tools that will aid the student while studying for the certification exam.

The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preparation course will be available March 1, while the Black Belt course will be available July 1. Earlier this month Tier 1 and ASQ released a demo of the Green Belt course that is available online at http://fiq.asq.org.
